Mission Millworks, Inc. ("MM")
respects the privacy of its customers and users of this Web site (the
"Site"). This Privacy Statement discloses how we collect and use
information on the Site, and the choices that you can make about the
way your information is collected and used.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Portions of the Site permit users to contact MM
with requests for information regarding our products and
services. Some portions of the Site require users to provide
personally identifiable contact information. In general, MM uses the information users provide for the purposes stated at the point of collection. For example, MM uses information collected on various pages of the Site to respond to a user's request for product information. MM uses information provided in the Idea File portion of the Site to maintain information users elect to store regarding MM products. MM
may also use this information to contact users in the future with
respect to promotional offers regarding products we think may be of
interest. Users who have provided information in the past may
opt-out of receiving future information by complying with the opt-out
procedures described below in Section 2.
Sale of Information / Assets Generally, MM does not share user information with third parties outside the MM family of affiliates, distributors, dealers and relevant contacts. In the event, however, that MM sells or acquires business assets or concerns, in whole or in part, MM may transfer user information in conjunction with such sale or acquisition.
Cookies/IP Addresses Cookies
are small files stored by your Web browser to help keep track of your
user profile. The Site uses cookies to remember a user's personal
profile for the user's convenience and to deliver content specific to a
user's needs and interests. MM may also use cookies to provide faster service and to personalize a user's visit to the Site. MM also uses cookies to track user trends and improve the Site for all users. MM's cookies do not collect personally identifiable information, and are not shared with third parties.
MM may
collect and use users' Internet Protocol or "IP" Addresses and other
site usage data to gather broad demographic information. This
data helps MM serve you by allowing MM to understand how visitors use the Site. MM generally does not use IP addresses to identify a user. MM, however, may use IP addresses to identify a user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with the Site's Terms of Use.

information requested by the Site, or by continuing to use the Site

consented to the terms of the Privacy Statement, and MM's use

MM

giving you prior notice. Your use of the Site following any
such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by
the Privacy Statement as modified. The last date the Privacy
Statement was revised is set forth below.
The Site provides users who have requested information from MM
the opportunity to opt-out of receiving future communications from
us. If you do not wish to receive future communications from us,
please e-mail your request to MM.
3. ACCESS/CORRECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
Often, MM
will not retain personal data it has collected from its users via the
Site. Nevertheless, you may request access to any data about you
that MM has collected and stored by sending an e-mail request to MM.
If you believe that an error has been made in the accuracy of the data
collected from you, you may request that the information be corrected
by sending a request to the addresses below. MM will
correct the error upon adequate verification of the error and the
identity of the person seeking the correction. In order to
protect your privacy and security, we may need to take reasonable steps
to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
4. SECURITY OF THE DATA COLLECTED
The Site is not a secure Web site. MM
cannot and does not ensure or warrant the security of any information
collected by us, transmitted over the Internet, or maintained in your
user profile or Idea File. You agree that any data transmission
you make or receive through the Site is at your own risk.
5. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Children and Privacy
The Site is not intended for use by children. MM
encourages parents and guardians to be familiar with the Web sites that
their children visit. The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC")
regulates the means by which Web site operators collect and use
personal information from children under 13, pursuant to the Children's
Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (the "Act"). For more

Links to Other Sites
The Site contains
links to other Web sites. Each of these linked Web sites
maintains its own independent privacy policies. MM does
not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies or the
content of those Web sites. When you leave the Site and access
the Web sites of third parties, the privacy policies of the parties
maintaining those Web sites apply.
Disclaimer of Liability
Under no circumstances shall MM
be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, indirect,
special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, that result
from the use of the information or materials posted to or collected as
a result of the user's accessing the Site, even if MM has been
advised of the possibility of such damages. This and the other
sections in this Privacy Statement should be read in conjunction with
and are subject to the Terms of Use.
